Delete your Verbavia account

Verbavia — verbavia.com

You can close your Verbavia account yourself, at any time, from inside the app. You do not need to ask us, and you do not need to wait.

On the website

1. Sign in at verbavia.com.
2. Open Settings — the gear icon, top right.
3. Scroll to Account and choose Delete my account.
4. Confirm with your password, or by signing in with Google once more.

In the Android app

1. Open Settings from the home screen.
2. Scroll to Account and choose Delete my account.
3. Confirm with your password, or by signing in with Google once more.

What is deleted

Everything held against your account, on every device you have used:

• your account and sign-in, including your email address and display name;
• every course, with its saved words, review schedule, streak and lesson history;
• the record of when you last opened the app and how you were getting on;
• the copy of all of it stored on the device you delete from.

Nothing is retained afterwards and there is no recovery period — if you sign up again with the same address, you start from the beginning. Backups may hold a copy for a short time before being overwritten in the ordinary course.

If you would rather we did it

Email support@verbavia.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
